That's nice.  Much prefer the new tank emblem.  The look of this bike really seems to be a home run.  Very glad I'm happy with what I've got.  If this beauty was released last year when the red bike was still suffering its Zipperenteritis I would have been in deep trouble.  Cudos to Harley on the 09 SEUCs. They really nailed this one.

Without seeing one in person in good light we can't know of course.  But I had the same thought.  The color shadings of the multiple reds made me think of the red SERGs also.  Designer either had seen one before or just had a handle on laying darker reds together.  Whatever the reason it sure seems to work.

If I hit the Lottery this year, I'd have to add one of the new red ones and start some sibling competition. The design on that one, while not over the top, is just light years ahead of what they put on the ultras in the past two.
Double thumbs up on that one.

But if you added a GOLD one, you would make the other one go into total submission...

Man, I never tire of this Gold Bike thing!

It sure looks great on the photos, but wouldn't "Ruby Red and Typhoon Maroon" mean that the lower parts are more brown than red? Just curious when thinking of the '08 SEUC in silver and red (ahem orange).

What happened to cvofatboy? He started this thread in June and has now MFG's himself. :nixweiss:

Did y'all pi$$ him off or run him out of town?

Maybe he was an insider with the real scoop and got caught visiting the site on a Harley computer. :o
