Howie, watching and (even more so) listening to these guy's process and hearing them think out loud during parts of the afternoon has been great.  And informative.  Tell the guys thanks for putting up the web view capability.  Good stuff.

They just finished analyzing the data and made changes to the map timing and VE, and loaded the revised map in. Just started the bike again and going to record the data again.

LOL ... I have been moving the camera.  I just setup a bunch of "Preset" positions for the camera.  If you refresh the page, now you can select a preset and identify some of the items in the room.  His butt happened to be in front of the 4 gas analyzer when I was doing that preset.

I know, I'm just impatient, that's why all shops shops should be attached to a bar!!! :drink:

But that's the way to do it, the guys that have you bike out in a hour after a major build are the ones to stay away from!

A Bar and a hotel! ;D

We're done for today. Just printed out the last record of both cyls. at 250 RPM increments from 1500 to 3K RPM. Will be making more map changes and start recording again in the morning. We're getting closer now and should finish the low RPM custom mapping in the morning. Then we can start mapping from 3K to 6.3K in 500 RPM increments after that. It's an extremely tedious process, and only a tuner willing to put the necessary time in to get it perfect should be used. These guys are great. They'll only tune perfectly no matter how long it takes. And they charge a flat rate regardless of the time they take. I'm very happy to have found these guys! :2vrolijk_21:

Howie,

Thanks for letting us know about these guys, and they are so close to me! Sorry we didn't make it down to meet you. Al had to work and I got a call today about selling my '81 Suzuki that was suppose to be "my" bike. I wanted to get rid of it as it was a thorn in my side. It was suppose to be my 1st bike, but I already had heart set on the Dyna when Al bought it(the Suzuki) for me. I never rode it, just went and bought myself the Harley!  Anyways, hopefully we will meet in the near future.
