After you remove the bracket for the stock rider backrest, you attach a chrome bracket that protrude above the rear fender with a single attachment point. This matches up with the single chrome bracket at the center back of the seat. Use the supplied acron nut and your done.

I may be sending the seat back for repair for the wrinkles UPS provided. Chuck (C&C) called them (UPS) and set everything up for the return. Then he called me back to tell me he is staying on top of this as this has never happened before


Also I put about 250 mile in the saddle.  Much better than the stock seat. I have no problems riding all day long with this baby. I am very pleased with the comfort. I left the back rest on. If a TV was on in front of me, I'ld have fallen asleep, just like at home! This seats a winner. ;D

Hey Jeff,

I can't get over the solo seat looking so sharp. Opening up the rear fender for more light is a great view of the paint job we share. I think this is top notch!

I started searching for screamin' eagle artwork in chrome for the remaining hole; something I would use if I went to a solo seat.

Great looking bike.

Happy 4th of July to all.
The crease and wrinkles did not come out of the seat so the seat was sent to UPS to be inspected. Even though the box was marked fragile in 4 places, the box had damage from a load being placed on top of it. This of course damaged the seat. However, UPS told Chuck (C & C Seats) that they did not package the seat well enough so UPS is taking no responsibility for the damage.

Chuck called me. He is going to inspect the seat and will make it right. He immediately told me I will be satisfied no matter what he has to do to get it right. Now that is customer service. Him calling UPS. Him arguing with UPS. Him calling me. Him assuring me he will make me happy. This is a very good company!

I will post new pics when the new seat gets here. Oh ya, THANKS FOR NOTHING UPS.
