Cybil is Done--So...................

Ok, I can't wait for the final report on Cybil.  Don't mean the dyno sheet.  Just the description of how she rides.

If memory serves for all intents and purposes she's done now.  Only maintenance, "normal" breakdowns/services and miles and smiles ahead.

But.....  with the all the focus that's been given to Cybil the other projects have been in the dark.  So Howie, what's up with the WG and the rest of them?  How close is the next project to being ridden?  And, of course, got any pictures?

Cybil already has the mini fairing.  I think two fairings would be jus.... ah, who am I kidding.  Nothing with Cybil would surprise me anymore.

Maybe in this case rather than "done" it should be "beaten in to submission."  Still wondering about the DWG though?

Cybil's running better than ever right now, gotta look at changing neck bearings and maybe a 7 speed, but she's basically done now! ::)

Don't worry Joe, there'll be no fairing. That was TN's fairing. I put it on just to take some chit from these FD guys! After all, these FD guys really do KILL ME!!! :smilie_staub: :smilie_staub: :smilie_staub:

The WG should be close to having all the parts in by now. I'll be checking on that next week. PM really screwed us on the rear brake caliper. I'm gonna start pushing for them to get the WG back together now. We can't start the Hoist Bobber til the WG's done. We need the WG parts to build the HB. Don't worry, you'll know when we start getting going on the WG again! ;)

Did ya see my next project posted. Not really a project, but I'm looking for an '05 or '06 Thruxton. Really cool bike. Shouldn't be more than about 5 grand. Looks like a real blast of a bike! :2vrolijk_21:

Damn Howie, for a second there I thought your IQ shot up about 30 points by putting a fairing on Cybil.   :P  C'mon admit it, in today's society, it's easier to come out of the closet now....just repeat after me, I am an FD guy, I am an FD guy....see how easy that was Howie...welcome to the world of FD's.  You really do meet nicer people on FDs.   8) ::) :P :

You're right Chip, it's just a matter of time.  I've been an FD guy since '85.  Saw the light early and have been enjoying the ride since.   ;)  He's close...he'll come over to our side soon.
