I think there are a few on this board that can relate Howie. I've been singing the same song and doing the same dance the past six months.  I've finally landed where I'm comfortable, with all the upper management people that I've worked with in the past and it's all good now.  I hope the same happens for you. :2vrolijk_21:

Oops, I'm slacking here! Thanks a lot Ed, JC, JoMo, Duane and Keyn!!! I'm hoping to start in the beginning of Dec if my current job doesn't require notice (which I don't expect them to). If they do, it'll be mid-Dec instead. Meeting the owner again on Fri to finalize some details. I have a few major client meeting setup with her too, to get to know some of their better customers. We're both still in the "really psyched" mode right now, so that's a GOOD thing! Thanks for all the kind thoughts gang! :2vrolijk_21:
