« on: July 04, 2008, 05:39:11 PM »

I'm in florida (miami & key west) for few days & I'm looking for a V&H dealer that might have a Touring dresser dual model exhaust (ref 16737) with oval dresser slip on system (ref 16727) or monster oval slip on system (ref 16743, 16745?) for my 07'FLHTCUSE IN STOCK  :coolblue:. ?
Any Ideas ?

I've had the Monster Ovals on my '06 SEUC now for about a month and probably have nearly 1,000 miles on them.  I changed from the regular V&H Ovals.  I also have the V&H Dresser Duals.  In my opinion the Monsters are not any quiter than the regular ovals.  Just a different sound.  A lower, deeper, rumble.  Since I actually hear the lower sounds better I think the Monsters are every bit as loud at 65-70 mph.  Sometimes I think they might even be a tad louder.  Sound is subjective and everyone's hearing is different so this is just my opinion.  I know bob2002 on this forum is also having some issues with the Monsters and thinking of getting rid of them.
