Another - the pictures don't do this canyon justice. It is deep and steep sided - well worth a visit if you are in Yellowstone.

View across the Park with the Forest fires burning on the horizon. If we had left a day later our chosen exit route would have been closed due to these fires.

That's a definite Jim. I think you could spend a good few years of summers travelling the length of the Rockies and still have plenty left to marvel at.

I think I'm on the third shuffle through the pics now so still a few more to go.
