Thanks everyone. The powers to be are trying to sweeten the pot to get me to stay a while longer. Yep your right no time table. Just the usual PLEASE BABY BABY PLEASE!!!!!

Next stop Delaware. I am looking at a house in Millsboro Del. I really love the place, just not sure if I will pull the trigger. It is a brand new house in a water communty. Yes I can have a BIGGER GARAGE built on the property. It sits on a 3/4 acre lot which would be perfect. Not toooo much grass to mow.

I am not tooo excited about retirement but I am doing back flips ( you need to see that) about the new house.
