I was doing a search for parts for my new bike and the link for this site came up... The details are a little sketchy but that's the general idea.

I got my first CVO in late 2010, and I joined this forum in early '11.  I'd been a member of HDForums and had been a heavy participant there for years, but this one was all about CVO's and so was I at the time!  I ended up never really participating due to life changes during that time, and I think I lost my original login information somewhere along the way, so I signed up again this year from scratch when we bought the new SERGU.  Life is different for me now, so I have the time and desire to be a part of the forum now in a way I couldn't be several years ago.
Below is a photo of my 2011 RGU that I had when I first joined this forum.

I originally found this site while researching the difference between a CVO Ultra and an Ultra Limited.  This forum came up from google as a top-hit.

I had no idea this forum existed! I saw it mentioned over on Roadglide.org and then Googled it.

When I bought my freedom shield, The owner said he would give me the CVOHarley discount. "Great", Whats that? He then told me about this website.

I am still a CVO wannabe.

Saw an 03 SERK that tripped my trigger and was doing some research on it. Since then life circumstance makes it prudent to wait until I am able to do some touring to make the move. Just keep doing my research and riding the Street Bob for the time being.

Great site BTW.

No problem with that......a number of members started out being wannabes.   :2vrolijk_21:
