Ok Naitram.  Thanks for the go ahead and for taking a look.  Will collect a few "I want some" PMs and then get them taken care of.  Don't forget Neal, yours are on the house.

Are we still working on the "about the ride . . ." phrase or is that the final product? [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

Either way, you have PM, 2lane.

Not sure if that had been deliberated or simply accidentally forgotten about.  Ok, new poll at the top here.  Pick your choice for a phrase and I'll then ask Striker to make the appropriate edit after the poll has been up for a week.  See the poll and make your choice.

PLEASE NOTE:  The last word in options 2 and 3 is "journey."  The entire word just didn't fit in the text box.

Honestly, all three are "Wordy".  I realize what you are trying to say but none are concise nor catchy.

not exactly what I am trying to say but

"...for the Journey and the Destination"

Fortunately (or unfortunately) no one is really super concerned about spending the hours to craft some really fine wordsmithing here.  Doing that can sometimes be a real chore.  Doing it while seeking group approval can be maddening.

All the options in the poll suggest a feeling as well as the statement intself.  Especially in conjuction with the fine graphics they do it well enough for our purposes.  So we'll leave the poll as it is and go with whatever the highest scoring selection is in a few days.  That way we can move on toward production sooner rather than later.

Excellent inital response here in less than 24 hours.  Good job boys and girls.  Already have ten batches of 500 cards spoken for.

(Carnival barker mode=on)

Ok now, step right up there ladies and gents.  Who wants to get in and see the big show.  Who wants to take part in the extraaaaaavanza.  More impportantly, who really wants to be left on the outside looking in at this auuuuuspcious collection of CVO interest and eccennnntricity.  So how about you sir over there in the corner, or you sir there in the middle, and you m'am, don't you want to come on in too?  Step right up there ladies and gents and join in.  Fresh caramal corn on the inside and a show to dazzle your eyes and tell your grandchildren about.  Just one thin (proverbial) dime and you too can enter the big top !  Send that PM to Twolane and see the show !

Holy crap, I had to have missed that when it first came up !!  Could've sworn we were all passed picking on poor old Twolane and his dinner habit.  That's gonna have to be a whole different business card Red  [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]

I have 650 of the old cards left but I like Striker's better.
May ask SE06 to print us up some of the new ones.

 [smiley=drink.gif]

Chip,

If you're planning on getting some of the new cards might as well just add it on to the bulk printing.  The more you add to the group's purchase the lower the overall cost will be.  No sense in anyone going this alone.

Is there a problem with using the Screamin Eagle Logo. Just the birds head?. I know that the slogan "Screamin Eagle" is copy written but is there a trademark issue with the birds head?

Also if Naitram is in agreement, everyone could submit ideas and then the membership could vote on them. Business cards, patches, stickers or whatever.
