The GPS is as worthless as two buttholes...you'll end up with a Garmin unit on the bars.  Brembo's are a good addition, as is ABS.  Otherwise, it's all about looks and the 110" motor. 

An 06 with the 103" gives most of the goodies, and a solid motor.

Actually my boss chewed me a new butthole last week.  I think it might come in handy    A lot of pain to go through if it's worthless.

I have an 07 and like the paint schemes and leather TP better than the 08s.  I've only driven twice through a whole tank of gas without stopping.  170-180 miles is plenty for me.  I don't know how different ABS brakes would be.  it certainly would take some getting used to.  The fly by wire throttle can make tuning by folks inexperienced on the 08s troublesome.  The GPS is usable at best.  Many small local roads aren't on it and you can't use it without the nav CD in the CD drive.  It'll at least keep you from getting mostly lost, which is how I like to use it.  The other item you must consider with an advantage to the 08s is the residual warranty.  I wouldn't trade my cherry jester for any 08 even up.

Oh yeah, I like the powder coated black engine on the 07s better than the gray.
