John, Harley sells a keyed-to-your-bike lock set for the rigid leather bags.  There are two versions, one for Custom models and one for Classic models.  I'm not sure what the difference is, or which would be applicable to a SERK.  Hopefully one of the SERK guys can tell us.

Are these locks to stop anyone getting in the saddlebags or taking them off the bike?

Hi johnchalker,
You did not write what model your RK is. In any case you can get locks, even matched to your fork lock/ignition key. The installation requires to change the position of the opening mechanism of the bags (I am assuming you have leather bags, as the SERK 3/4 have). The locks are then at the back of the bag, near to the turn lights. The P/N is 46287-04. The locks will obviously make it more difficult to open the bags, or to remove them.
Ride safely,
Louis

On my SERK3, I ordered the RKCustom Locks and they mount toward the front of the bags.  Then you weld about two inches to extend the key and it works perfectly.  Pictures were posted of these two previously.
