I have had one for about 1 1/2 years and love it, both me and my wife. With the stock seat, we could only travel about 1 tank full if that far, brfore we were really hurting. Got a tall boy seat, and it was better but still could only travel a bit further. Decide on the day long after much research, and now we can both ride all day without any hurt. Only stop now just to stretch the legs a bit, but no pain on the backside.

These Day Long Seats aren't that bad looking, but did you see the 'Red' seat on the 'White' Ultra in their Harley Gallery??   :smile_daumenneg:

I believe in an earlier thread someone said they looked like a [and I quote] Monkeys ass. Not that there is anything wrong with that. :huepfenlol2:

Man, a custom paint job like that and your not posting pics all over this site.  Do you know how many guys would have loved to see a red SEUC in 06.  Great looking scoot, the seat is not too bad either.  Is the rider back rest a must, or could you go without it?

I think they are the Kury adjustable footpegs that only work with floorboards. My GF wanted those but I didn't want to put floorboards on the SERG, so I just got her extensions----ah, for the pegs, not her legs.

I was just reading post and noticed this one about the seat. I am highly interrested now and considering ordering one for my ride. Can you folks with these post more photos and talk more about them????

Also snotrc how much did your setup cost??.

I like the fact that they take photos and all your measurements to build to fit you.

Thanks

Hi Bob,
Here are some better pics of the seat I have now had 2 bikes with the Day-Long seat on them.  I have never had good luck with my rear on any seat and they have always bothered me.  On my Goldwings or Harleys nothing worked for me including gel seats and air-hawks.  Some people find them good but my limit was 2 hours at best.  I decided to try it and spend the money on my 03 ultra and that was so great that when I built my new girl there was no question that I had it done immediately.  Just back from 2500 mile week ride some 12 hour saddle days with no problem.  My factory seat was heated and they kept the factory heated system.  I sent in the back rest as well as mine was damaged they refitted with foam and recovered to match the lower seat.  I love my seat.  Money wise?  Its gonna cost I believe that mine is just over $1200.00.  Now that that choked you up if you are like me that was the only way that I could be comfortable and to me that is priceless.

Thanks
Mike
