The Max Flow 1 is a horsepower inc. throttle body. That's what they are calling it anyway. And that's probally what you have on yours if you went with the 62mm, or yours might the Max Flow II. I called HPinc and will be going with the Max Flow 1 55mm ( it also has the larger manifold 58mm ) This flow goes from the needed 55mm to bigger 58mm manifold and back to a little smaller head port. This design will increase velocity to the combustion chamber for better burn. I am going to step out of the box with this build from what I have been reading here on this site. Other mods beside head work or 10.5 pistons and T-Man 625 cams ( 244 duration ) of course D & D fatcats, SERT and the other obvious improvements. Crank runout .0025  :2vrolijk_21:

Which 10.5 to 1 pistons are you going with the 4" from Harley or other?   I am curious to see how the Tmans 625 cam will work with your proposed build.   Who is doing the headwork and do you know what they are doing?

Also after you have the recall / whatever done they put a meter on each cylinder to ensure the releases are firing.

That's good to know. Also having my ring gear checked out to make sure I don't have some of the same problems I have read about, may go with different clutch while in there. I am using the SE Pro TC forged pistons ( 10.5 ). They were developed for the 110 's. Thought about T-Man pistons, but couldn't see the advantage since I not using his heads ( chambers and pistons got to match up you know ) Minor head work is milled .0030, cleaned ports and in behind valves , valve angles cut, some work done to the combustion chambers and had to cut down valve guides for correct lift of cams and correct geometry for the roller rockers. All minor but very necessary head work for proper running bike. Everything checks out good as far as the calculations for these mods to work together. These can be some great heads folks. Other add ons of course, things like cam plate, oil pump, bearing etc. Excepting a great running bike with some descent power with wide power and torque band. With pipes and TB with larger 4.89 injectors and proper tune by T-Man, torque should kick in around 2200rpms. That's what I talking about. Burnouts and wheelies :bananarock:

Dawg the 114 we have been talking about will have a Fat Cat pipe.

I am using the same cam as Kingdog

53mm HP inc TB

Wonder if the shorter stroke in my motor makes the difference with pipes :nixweiss:

Hogasm, what do you think about the cams. Good power band, where does your torque come in. Thinking about riding your way and then on to Myrtle the end of the month, if your going to the fall rally let me know.

On a 95" motor with CP pistons-flat top, Stage 4 T-Man heads, D & D Fat cats, the torque curve was flat at 110 ft lbs start to finish
With Rhineharts the torque droped off from the start and came back at 3500 rpms.
It is a strong pulling cam.

As you know there are so many ways to have your heads reworked. I would recommend sending them to www.tmanperformance.com and have them work them over. They have their head and cam combination that work well together for your riding habits.

All their cams are on sale now for $250
