Elvis I know them very well. Wes and Pam Brown are the owners. Wes is the cylinder head king for making H/P. I am sending heads, cylinders and pistons this week to them for my pumpkin. I have made a few changes to my game plan for this bike. The engine cases are going to Zippers for the timken conversion. The heads (103+ )and the cylinders along with a set of screamin eagle pistons are going to Wes. I have had the extra set of cylinders diamond cut already and the heads need to be powder coated and diamond cut along with the mods that wes will do.  Cam shaft selection is back up in the air but engine size will remain at 103 for now. I am now leaning towards a set of Zippers RED SHIFT cams. I am looking to try to make some very dependable H/P with this motor. The motor being a fuelie will keep the H/P down a bit but if I can get in the 120 range I will be very happy.

Hope this helps you out. They do good machine work at a very good price and are great to deal with.

Be Safe

Thanks, Dawg.

Will be following reports of your build closely.  Sounds like we are looking for the same thing....dependable, kick-azz power. [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]

Just make sure you get a definite time committment from them. I bought a brand new S&S 124" and had Wes go through the whole thing. I got it 6 months after I ordered it and the initial time frame was two months. UPS damaged it in Shipping and we still haven't settled the claim. I still have not fired the motor so I cannot comment on the build yet. Wes did say I should have somewhere between 150-160 horse power. I think I have one of the few West Coast Cyclerama motors. Pam has been a pleasure to work with. I'll keep you posted when I get it up and running.

Wes is a old school kind of guy, very honest and does not charge enough for what he does for the customer. I've been a friend for over thirty years back when we started drag racing in DragBike and IDBA on jap bikes.
I was at the shop two weeks ago and Wes was outside the shop in the hot sun cleaning up heads on a work bench, Pam had the whip out, ask him to show you the marks.

Picture of Wes playing on the dyno with my ZX12, he got a 195 hp out of it.

Yes, Pam takes care of the paperwork typically. She does a good job and they always got back to me when I called to see what was up.

ELVIS I know when we talked a while about the 103 we had talked about using a PC already downloaded with a map for the upgrades that we are going to do.

Elvis I don't think it really matters which one, they know both really well, but the PC may take a little less time to map. Wes has had a dyno since they first came out many years ago, I'm guessing twenty but he has the newer version now.
In the near future I'm going to make decision on a two into one pipe and take it over and wear out the dyno, I may go for a Super Trapp.
