I got a plastic 6 gallon can you can use while you wait to get it back...

No....they order a new one and when it comes in, they change it....what an ahole...Same guy with the lowers...Call the regional.

I'm lucky that my emblem is in tact, but I sure have to be careful with it.  Every time I dry the bike or wipe off wax a rag gets stuck on the point.  It sure wouldn't take much to snag and bend it. 

I agree about the dealer.  They are suppose to be customer friendly.  We pay big $$ for these bikes because we expect more than the same treatment you'd get at a Jap bike shop.  Call the Customer Service support number and report the dealer.  They can be reached at (414) 343-4056.  They will take your info and call you back, but I've found they do get things moving.  They will call the dealer and the district manager for you.
