I work in the IT world, where i get to use both PCs and Macs. I dont know of anyone who is proficient in both that doesn't strongly prefer the Mac.

PC for work....Mac G4 at home. Just bought the wife a Macbook. No comparison...MAC's don't get viruses or the blue screen of death! Far superior IMHO...

I have 4 Mac's. An iMac (home), a Macbook (work), and 2 Mac Minis (each kid).

Great machines...

2 PCs and one SUN box with Solaris 10 AT WORK.  3 PC desktops and 2 laptops at home.  I would like to get a mac book for my daughter so I don't have to worry about what she downloads.  But a bit too expensive now.  None of my home machines have anti virus and haven't had any problem for last 8-9 years.

This thread strikes me as comically ironic since we are all H-D riders and if the use of the best technoloy were an issue , none of is would be riding H-D. So as a group, the common denominator in our personality is that we prefer to go with our heart over our head. I would venture to say that the use of the MAC is quite similar in nature. As such, this thread makes about as much sense to me as one titled Honda or Harley which are you ?

iPhone 3G:  That thing rocks, but the battery drains quick when using 3G connectivity.

Try setting up your "Push Mail" on manual as opposed to a scheduled mail and message check.  3x the battery life for me.
