Just joined a boating forum. Damn what a confusing mess compared to this site. I posted a question and can't find my way back to the thread I posted it on. So, yet one more reason to thank Naitram and his band of merry moderators

     And they don't have any rules for picking on newbies either. I just got an earful for posting in the wrong place even though I stated clearly that it was my first post. I don't think I'll stick around long

        There's a guy over there with 18,000 plus posts and his title is Supreme Commander ( I ain't chittin) I'll never accuse anyone on this site of being preachy.     Ayuh is a Maine word that the best translation I can give you is that technically it means yes, but it can also be used to convey disdain for odd behavoir or any number of things. A Prig is a tight a$$, a stuck up snobby SOB with who thinks his chit smells like roses and nobody ever quite lives up to his lofty standards (including himself, but of course he can't see that)

   Funny story. I mentioned that they hadn't exactly tossed out the welcome mat for me. A couple of snide comments from the Supreme High Commander and then the thread got locked. LOL  We're a bunch of leather skinned hard a$$es compared to the thin skinned weenies over there.

I have'nt figured out what the name of the site is yet Candy. (www.Boatsnobs.com ???)  I was looking for some used parts for my new to me cuddy cabin and stumbled on it. I bookmarked the one thread and that's how I get back to it.
