CVO Sightings In Sturgis Area
« on: August 12, 2005, 01:12:47 PM »

Just got back last night. The Yellow Bikes stood out the most, first CVO sited heading in to Spearfish, on Sunday AUg 7th, Yellow One woman driving nothrbound, followed by a guy on an 03 Ultra, Black & Silver. Met SCREAM on his Red at J&P Cycles, most ones I sighted were Yellow, followed by Orange, Red, Grenn and least sighte were the Blue. Talked to few CVO Owners and told them about the Website, may have some new members.

On the way home Westbound through Montana on highway 3 West of Moore, Montana spotted a Yellow, pulled over in the fog, driver putting on Rain Gear, then a bit down the highway East of Great Falls a couple of Reds, one pulling a trailer heading to Sturgis.

Just got in from Sturgis tonight. The bikes do pretty good in the rain. Got to drive in it for about 250 miles. Saw lots of CVO bikes at the rally. I saw around 50 orange and blacks, around 30 yellows, about 15 cherrys,  about 15 black and blues and 4 greens.
Here are a few of the CVOs.

I ran into Dean Nelson/ at DFT trikes and he had just sold his 2004 blk/bl SEEG trike. Said he was going to build a 2006 SE Ultra Classic next. He also offered to allow our members to use the DFT display as a meeting place at future events. He said we could keep a cooler or two stocked if we'd like. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

I thought I passed the Offender as I was leaving Hulett on Wednesday. I tried to turn around but traffic was to heavy.

I also mentioned this site to multiple CVO owner's I met along the way.
