This doesn't surprise me.  A lot of people have been going to these types of utility vehicles thinking that the roll cage will give them a sense of secuity, false security.  Still need to wear seat belts, helmets and door cages.

Seems to me it is more the operators fault than Yamaha.  Remember the three wheelers years ago.

Polaris and others make these to, they will all roll when operated improperly.

Sounds like typical sue hungry lawyers and people not wanting to accept personal responsibility

I saw the ad a few days ago and about 1/2 hr later saw an ad for the Rhino. Evidently Yamaha isn't buying into this. I agree with FLSTFI Dave's comments. IMO, the Rhino will disappear but not till after Yamaha puts the lawsuit(s) to rest. Maybe I'm wrong, but don't the Rolloff's of Little People Big World own several of these Rhinos ?

Someone should file a class actin lawsuit against ALL lawyers due to them allowing the sue hungry mentality get out of hand...   Then sue the judges...  Then sue the dumnazz wally world mentality that drives it,  Then give me half me money 'cause it was my idea.

Me too, I'm sure we could get some ambulance chaser to represent us in a class action.
Of course I was drunker than Cootie Brown, going down really steep hill around midnight and doing donuts on the greens but it could have been Club Cars fault. Luckily I had already removed the top by way of a low tree limb so when I high sided I had nothing to stop me from flying out and thanks to the Jack Daniels, I tucked and rolled quite well.

With OEM tires, they are an unstable bugger, particularly on side hills.  Living in the mountains and using it primarily to hunt every day on our place, I deep 6'd the original wheels and tires for wider and much heavier side tread.  Incredible difference.  Wouldn't have thought of suing anybody over it.....just fix it.

Be a fun chase, bud.  Might be able to catch one as I couldn't leave it alone and modified the compression, carb and exhaust.  Runs faster than I'd really like it to.

I am not saying they will not roll on a side hill.  I live in east tn, my zero turn mower will roll on a side hill, as will many other vehicles including a golf cart.

The thing is now days everybody sues for any reason they can, and the amublance chaser lawyers encourabe that.  You know, honda getting sued cause kids get killed not wearing a helmet, then the three wheelers.  Many times these wrecks are due to the inteligence level of the operator.

I have rolled a Rino.  It was my fault, I should have known better.
