The barber pole was spinning, the barber chair worked and the rotary dial pay phone had a dial tone.  The player piano played and the victorola both played, too.........

Ernie.....doing what he does best.  Duct tapping another pair of his boots. :huepfenlol2:

Hell, it's tradition.  Whenever you, Andy, and I go to SoCal together, a zipper breaks on my cheap-ass zippered Harley Boots.  I ordered a pair of SWATs online when I got home.

Looks like you guys had a good time. How fun to step back in time and see all the nostalgia. We sure wanted to go, maybe next time. Enjoyed all the pictures, thanks.

Good morning,

First of all a very big thank you to Van for the whole weekend.  So I'm riding up north 101 on Friday on my way to meet up and I see a bike rippin up the frwy, I try to get over to let him go by only to find out it's Wrongway and Lit Bit. We rode into Buellton where we were staying and checked in, then went to dinner (Dave and Donna are alot fun). Had some pops and called it a night. Sat. morning Dave and I started wiping the bike as we waited for the Nor Cal. We met up in Solving, thank you Nor Cal for riding all the way down to be with us, it was a pleasure as always to see you guys and gal (nice meeting you Terri). Riding around to the Cold Springs, Santa Barbara Mission and pier what a great day. Riding north on 101 at 85 mph with a chipy on my butt was rather interesting . I've been thru Buellton many times and had no idea the museum was there. Highlight for me was the 67 mustang and the 55 Chevy, not necessarily in that order. Dinner was a full spread (don't worry JC, I'll never try and take your corn bread again), back to the hotel , sitting around telling story's about the road and more pops. (miller time) in the rain. Sunday was cooler and the chipys were on the job....

all and all great weekend with friends, what could be better...

Hey Marty, you forgot to add the part where when you & Dave were done cleaning the bikes a couple walked by and she was "admiring our bicycles"  :huepfenlol2:
