They are up and running in Collierville, Brian did my 97 last month. :2vrolijk_21:
They have a brand new dyno at the Collierville store.  Brian was tuning a bike on it when I was there the day after Thanksgiving.

I'm sure this has been discussed before but has anyone had warranty / service issues from H-D after having tuning maintenance performed  by facilities other than H-D dealers?  If so, what were the problems or where might I read about them?
I can tell you this for sure - the moco does NOT like aftermarket tuning devices like the PC III, etc.  Some H-D dealers do use the PC but most that I have talked to and heard about on this site use only the SERT - now the Super Tuner I think they call it.  This is a sticky issue since the sert is for 'race application only' and per moco anything like that voids your warranty coverage.  With that being said I've never had any problem and if all you go with is a stage one - pipes and a/c I doubt you would either.

John Golden is a great tuner and has tuned one of my bikes.  Rod has a great shop and has tuned bikes for a couple of my friends.  Brian Rose has tuned numerous bikes including my own and I've heard only good results.  My experience with tuners I've used is to work with them for what you want to achieve - for example, all out performance and mileage be damned or a compromise between the two.

Henry,

Konrad (TNT Performance) is located off Bridley Parkway in Nashville on Shady Grove Road. His number is 615-874-1005.

I have used him in the past with my Road King, he is a very good tuner and does know his craft. The Road King ran great when he was done.

Konrad works mostly with PC's and does a great job, but if you are going with a Super Sert, Boswells on Fesslers lane is the one of the few that is trained extensively on it. I have an appt. with them next friday the 2nd. they were the first in TN to be trained.
