be careful it would be easy to scratch the fender...loosen both bolts before removal of either side once they are both loose enough to remove with your finger use one hand to hold the signal bar and one hand to reach under the fender and remove the bolts.

finished...anyone have an idea to make the wires less visible?
Can you tell it's snowing here and I am suffering from cabin fever?  I know this is as worthy of pictures as a "how to install your licence plate"

That's part of what this great site is about.
Yours looks great, now come up with a new idea so I can follow!

Guppytrash...what color was your reflector?  It looks red in the photos.  Mine is amber.  That just seemed a bit odd and wondered if there was a particular reason for different color reflectors...perhaps by state laws or something.  I almost removed mine yesterday, but then the Steeler game was coming on and I had to switch gears.  I'll probably take care of that sometime today, but just wondering about that color thing.  I can't imagine getting pulled over for not having an additional reflector on the back.

Every now and then they install an amber one instead of the red one. Kind of a little joke they play at the factory. This way when one of the factory workers is riding around and sees a amber reflector, they laugh and say " look at that guy with the amber reflectors" all sort of a hush hush secret thing. Just be happy they didn't put the "pink" reflector on it, now that;s just knee slapper to them.
