I put the bike away after winterizing it.

Then, I find anything to pass the time that is bike related. Search the internet for rides for next year is a great way to pass the time, especially on weekends. For example, we have plans for Eureka Spring, Arkansas for late June 2009 (we might change it to coincide with the CVO gathering in May - coordinating two vacations will be the issue), to Niagara Falls in July 2009 and to the Michigan UP in August 2009.

And then every time the weatherman comes on the TV with a snow/cold forecast, I mumble.......go to he$$ Nolan (his name).... similar to how Jerry Seinfeld would yell out "Newman" on the TV show.

I'm in a cowboy band and we do concerts all year long.  (We are listed with the South Dakota Arts Council).
I missed the end of the Sturgis Rally because we did a concert at the Cowboy Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City.
I use the winter time to practice guitar playing.  If the weather was nice enough to ride all the time, I doubt I'd practice much.  I have 16 guitars in a climate controlled room.  I studied classical guitar in college and play jazz, and rock too.

Season never ends here only delayed a couple of days in January.

What do I do when the season ends; damn, that’s a tough question. I can tell you for certain that I like to burn gasoline and I enjoy watching others burn gasoline. I like to shovel and I enjoy pulling. I like watching other people pulling and shoveling. I also enjoy helping other people pull and shovel.

This is a tandem combo pull with shovel. Extra style points for sticking your neck out. It’s amazing that the sled below the cornice was able to stay stuck to the hill.

Resting is also good in the winter. Find a nice tree and just get right in there. Try to do it without leaving a track on the way in.
