Need map for SERK with mods

I have changed the Throttle body to a Performance Inc 51mm running the factory bits on it. SE251 cams. SE 10.5:1 Forged Pistons and a 2-1 Exhaust system. SE Heavy Breather Intake.

I am running a Super SERT.  I am advised that the tables from the SERT can be copied and pasted to the Super SERT so if you have something for the SERT I could still try it.
