And it doesn't look like you will Howie...he's working to get the rules changed, from what I understand, so that he can run for a third term.  And from what I've read, he's going to have a good shot of accomplishing it.

Yep, been bitchin about all the chit he does behind the scenes, even though THE PEOPLE voted these things in. Like Term Limits! He OWNS the City Council and thinks he's above any laws. If he doesn't like a law, he tries to change it thru the back door with them. But don't dare try to put it to vote!!! SMB!!!

Don't think that question even comes in to play.  Draft as some might try to do can't see him being interested.  Stage is too small for his apetites now and the money isn't good enough to make up for the small stage.
