i started when i was 4, my dad put me on a pull start mini bike, then i moved up to a silver/blue trail 50.

My daughter also started when she was 4, now at 17 she is riding a ktm 125 and pushing to take the rider safety course next summer. I think it is the best thing to get them out there early.
