Thanks JC, the latest additions were inspired by your pics of what you've done to Terrie's bike!  If Melanie has trouble keeping up with Terrie now I can see a cam or 103 kit in the works. (thanks a lot  :) ) Hot SG's, Hot women, maybe we shouldn't let them head out on the "wild Hoglets" ride. (like we could stop them)

O.K. I'll pay you for Melanie's painted inner fairing if you pay me for the blue Dakota Digital guages for my bike! ;)

It doesn't end.  I saw those guages and all of a sudden I'm trying to figure out "o.k. am I going to get a new bike in 2010 or should I just take this one to a different level..........after all, this one is paid for".  And every since I saw Melanie's guages......it's been turmoil in my head. :nervous:  I'm anxious but fearful at the same time.........to see those guages at night time. :nixweiss:

And know that she's anxious to see my blue LEDs at night, too.

In the mean time...........Jim's kickin back taking this all in while he sets up Sebastian's college fund. :huepfenlol2:

We would love to have some new bikes too. but it sure is nice having ones that are paid for!  but..Melanie was just mentioning your blue LED's, I see more garage time in the future (or Sebastian's diploma)

Trying to keep up with the Rogers and Bobs of the forum........I'm thinkin these wheels would look pretty nice on Terrie's 09 SG (two year warranty on the chrome, too).  What do you guys think?       http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Motorcycle-Parts-Accessories__HARLEY-CHROME-WHEELS-TOURING-MODELS-2009-28-SPOKE_W0QQitemZ200320802012QQadiZ2863QQadnZMotorcycleQ20PartsQ20Q26Q20AccessoriesQQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotorcycles_Parts_Accessories?hash=item200320802012&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245&_trkparms=72:1171|65:12|39:1|240:1318#ebayphotohosting

Look nice, but a little busy in the center - looks like a bitch to keep the center clean also.

Are those "hub"s spoked too? or is that a reflection? They would be hard to clean if not a reflection. They would definitely look great though!
JC, Remember, Melanie's bike just turned 2 years oldand about 25K miles. Terrie's bike is new and you have done quite a bit to it in a short period of time! Did I say the rims would look good though?
PS..Don't forget you will need matching roters

JC - beautiful mods on a beautiful bike! Terrie must be thrilled. I know the constant pull of the next thing however and I see you are already pursuing that. Glad to see you are both enjoying putting on the miles as well. That's why we have these toys!

Jim finished the tuner, Ness Big Sucker, cams, etc.

I got the rubber filler plugs back from the painter today.  He put a "rubberizer" in the paint and the clear coat.  I wish he'd have put a couple more coats of clear coat, but you be the judge......

And a shot from another angle......I think they actually look better in person.  They certainly look better than the stock black rubber plugs.

What, you don't like my hand paint job? :huepfenlol2:

If you look at the first photo, the one on the right looks better....if you look at the second photo, the one on the left looks better.  It's the reflection in the photo that makes em look strange.  The color match is almost perfect.....just need more clear coat.

What did he charge you for painting the plugs. Is your painter in Elk Grove or Sacramento? I need to get a couple painted also.
