Duane, pretty sure I remember Magoo having done that.  I think he's one of the Reno participants right now.  PM him for pictures so he'll see it when everyone gets home.

Had the big h.d. rack and spoiler on my last ultra and they fit great together. I'd be sure to get both and try them together before drilling the holes though.

I put a King Tourpak on my '04 SEEG.  I installed the HD large luggage rack on it and later added the spoiler.  No problem.  Everything fit.  Even loaded with a bag on the rack, the light is not even close to being blocked.

Yes they will all fit on the tour pak lid.  I can take a few pics and measurements if you like but its probably easier to just get the rack and spoiler light and fiddle with it that way, it is really fairly simply.  If i can be of any help just post here or PM me would be happy to help.  Sorry for the delay but was with the group in Reno.

Thanks Magoo

I was just wondering about the fit before I order a rack, already have the light installed. Didn't want to spend the cash and end up selling it on ebay if it didn't clear the light.

Ride up to your HD dealer and tell him your concerns. Ask if he can unbox the rack and bring it out to your bike to make sure it fits before you buy it. It shouldn't be a problem.
