Check out this website - they have the best assortment of LED's I've run accross.

www.customdynamics.com/

Outstanding, thanks - don't know how I missed these guys.

Lots of V-rod's featured too.  Cool.

Does anyone have recommendations for tombstone LEDs ?

Or LEDs for V-rod's ?

Also, BAL says on their website that they have running light LED conversions coming soon - are there others already making these?

I like the BAL approach but the product line seems quite limited.

I did the Billet Boys... More expensive but much brighter than custom dynamics...

As we know our 06 FLHTCUSE has the leather tour pak.  And I'm thinkin the 07 did also.  I have seen and met Roger Bates at houseofhawgs.com many times.  While at the 105th he sugguested the LED light bar on the bottom of the tour pak.  Worth every penny - blinks raises hell when stopping.  Nice running light and turn signals also, what prompted me to do this was my wife following me one night in her car.  My brother in law rides a Wing and looks like a christmas tree runnin down the road.  With 71k on the clock many of my miles seem to happen after dark - I put the bar on it and you can see it great.  Eye level with cars and blinks like hell when stopping.  I have noticed the cars don't get so close at night at the stops.  Don't like that thing blinding them.

That would be a matter of opinion. I have a BAL on my Fatboy and a Custom Dynamics brake light on my Road King. A friend has the Billet Boys light so we decided
to line them all up next to each other and test to see which one was brightest. I thought the BAL would win out but in the end we agreed the light from Custom Dynamics
was the brightest.

Yes it was! The BAL light has four VERY bright LED's (individually brighter than than Custom Dynamics) but the quantity of LED's on the Custom Dynamics brake light make it more evenly distributed and brighter when when compared to the others.

I put the BAL-2 on my CUSE4 right after I brought it home...road the other night in a parade and the guys 20 and 30 bikes behind me said they new as soon as I hit the brakes...the guys right behind me weren't so amused it is really bright...met my wife later and she followed me home and now I have to find led's for the tour pak lights...she says she too could not believe how bright that tail light is.

Had a very close friend get rear ended the other night.  Two broken legs, requiring surgery, and severely bruised ribs & lungs.  Just moved from ICU into his own room today.  My BAL-1 (BrightAssLight) taillight arrived today and just finished installing.  It is amazing.  I want to do everything I can do to increase my visibility and just pray that it helps.

Got the Bal-2 from my local HD dealer last month, and really easy to install.    I have noticed that the drivers do tend to stay back further behind me now.  Good piece of mind for not being rear ended.   :cherry:

I have the BAL.  Dealer signed on to BAL to order my light.  Had the bike in for service and they installed it because they wanted to see what it looked like on the bike.

I have the smoked lay-down and I love it.  I had the Custom Dynamics first, and liked it, but the running light portion failed.  Yes it has a lifetime warranty, but.....
