Fullsac Baffle Noise Level

On a scale of 1 to 10 how much louder would you say the Fullsac baffles (1.75, 2.0, 2.25) are over stock exhaust?

1.75" on '08 CUSE3... Best guess about 5% louder at idle through about 2k RPM (normal riding range).  The neighbors haven't complained, the cops haven't looked, and I can still hear the radio.

The best I can describe it:  It's sounds more like a Harley.  It's deeper and throatier (is that a word?!?!?) without really being louder.

2" Fullsacs on the '09 SERG but also removed the cat.  Great Harley sound and can still listen to the stereo.  Bike was very quiet stock so have to guess at least 50% louder when on the throttle.  20% at constant rpm.  Probably got more change from the cat removal than muffler switch, though.

I have had mine for quite a while, before I saw the threads here. I guess it depends on your opinion of loud. I have the 1.75 and have added stainless packing. I think that is loud. Everyone else says it sounds different that other brands but good. The BSR sits back there and says Harleys are supposed to be loud.  :orange: She is happy so I am. Granted I am a little AR too. I will tell you this, you will know when you hit the throttle! Your scoot will bark! If sound is an issue, get the smaller tubes. Call him, He is very helpfull.
Oh, and I have true duals if that makes a difference.

I have had my converted CVO mufflers, 1.75", since last summer.  Running them with V & H true dual headpipes.  Prior to that I was running Cobra 4" with the VH, that was loud, even after I repacked them.  I would say the Fullsac is not as loud as the Cobras and they sound better.  I would say about a 5 running down the road.  They sound off when you are on the throttle, but very HD like running down the road.

I am probably going to change to the 09 header system at some point in the near future. No particular reason, other than it will be different and I want to see what it sounds like.

I just recently put the 2" fullsac in my stock cvo mufflers with VH power dual headpipes. Absolutely love the sound. Very deep and Throaty (if that is a word).  Loud without disturbing the radio. I do have to turn it up a little more now. But not much. The sound is very tough IMO. Accelerating and decelerating has a rumble that just makes you smile. Cruising speed is very nice as well. Very happy. Very easy to install as well.

I went with the 2.0 and the screens and cat less head pipe. I love the deeper rumble and quiets down nicely when cruising. I was worried it would be annoyingly loud but instead more "bass" low end frequency thump that sounds better as the miles pile up.  Looks stock but sounds badass!

I would rate my 2.25 SD cores a 4 over stock ...with fullsac this is as loud as it gets...I have the fullsac DX header pipe with 2.25 SD cores with no packing. I still think it's not loud...I think it's perfect
