I run one on my 07 SERK and ran one on my 04 Low Rider (carb) no problems. Something to check into or think about, just change the filter its self to a K&N, I could not tell a lot of difference between the SE and the Big Sucker's backing plate, except the BS is chrome and it does not have the rubber vent tubes. If i had it to do again i would just change the filter element. :2vrolijk_21:

Google "Power PACC."  Should get many listings for the Doherty Power PACC.  It's an air filter assembly.

Doherty Machine, you can find it other places for less, I run mine open element. Had the end cover powder coated, and a Joker A/C insert.

Yep. I had already found it. Don't know why googling "PowerPACC" and "Power PACC" did not good... Once I added "Doherty", it came right up!

My '09 Ultra has a plastic (vented) shroud attached to the chrome cover. I've never taken the cover off to see if it can be removed. If you could remove it, I would tend to agree that a filter change might be all you need.

The '07 SERK came stock with the Screamin' Eagle back plate, and those can be upgraded by just changing out the cheap filter element to a K&N part.  The SE Electra Glides come with the black plastic air box similar to all the regular bikes, except it has a few extra holes in it to allow a little more air flow.  You will need the entire kit to upgrade, either Screamin' Eagle, Ness Big Sucker, Dougherty, or one of the other brands.
