Went out on first ride of season on wednesday :). 40 degrees F was a bit cool, but it was sunny logged 100 miles. Got out again on thursday, wind was coming from the north, ran into hail (ouch) on the way to Nanaimo for lunch. Two great days. Snowed yesterday. Back to work now but hopefull for good weather next thursday.

Left Annapolis Maryland Feb 26th with three friends and my Son in tow.  Ended up in Daytona Beach for bike week.  Yeah what a great ride.

Chin up Steve -- Spring is coming and the new bike look awesome.  CVOMoe and I were out last weekend, though this past weekend sucked -- and we had a little snow today.

Hey Brian
We got 3 and a 1/2 inches up here in Duncan. Roads are clear but still snow on the grass. Also a fresh coating of salt on roads and highways.

Congrats all who got to ride.

LarryB, I wish I coulda gone with ya on Friday. I played hooky from work to... to go see the doc. My back's been screwed up for two weeks now. It's gotten better since Friday, but... Friday the doc told me I've got three stones and I'm gonna have to have ultra-sound to bust 'em up. The first round in Tuesday at 6am.

Since I wasn't gonna be in any shape to ride this weekend, despite the freakin' gorgeous weather, I dropped my SERG at the dealer on Friday to have the CB and Intercome installed. Of course, as expected, my back was much better yesterday. I called this afternoon to see when they would be done and the service manager told me, "Well, we'll probably start on it tomorrow..."

DOH!

I had that done several years ago, You know you will be sore and bruised for a few days, hope everything goes well for you. but thats what we get for living in this part of Tenn. better known as the limestone stone belt, and they think thats what cause kidney stones or has a lot to do with it. More kidney stone doc's in this area than anywhere else in the country.

Got mine out for the first good ride last weekend. Rode to Hot Springs and
back home over the mountains. About 160 miles. Rode with bubba, h-d mikey
and a few other friends.

Yesterday walked into garage and found two spots of oil under the primary
cover. Oil leaks suck!!!! Oh well at least I got to ride it before I have to work on it.

Hope everyone gets to ride soon, it sure felt good.
