congrats TK,   wow the 1st 500 already done.

I also did my 500 the first weekend, springer 1st service @500. Phoned the dealer on the tuesday to arrange the service, SM told me "we cant fit you in for a service for 6weeks".
After that response my relationship went the selling dealer deteriorated rapidly!

And me : 75 days for the recall's work ! Put my bike at the beginning of January and pick up the last saturday.

YES i live in the middle of a dealer triangle, I only bought it from option1 cus they had the color i wanted, now i am using HDzurich for warrenty and maintenance, so far so good.

alot of people have had the same experience with option1

Good for you. In Frankfurt the nearest other dealer is owned by the same company. But actually I am very happy, so things are good.

From the home page, it looks like The factory is a pretty big dealership, does it have a big clothing dept?

i thought to pop in at the end of may, enroute to super rally.   hmmmm just looked up opening times closes saturday at 14.00,   maybe not then

They might be open longer on saturdays in the summer. Let's see when we get nearer to the date. I'll be here to meet you in any case ...
