We will be home on Sunday, OK Monday at the latest. We really have mixed emotions about going home. This is by far the longest we have been away. Really miss the family and Bella our little Husky girl, but could easily go a few more months.

While Terrie and I have only been gone since last Wed. we can totally relate.  It would be nice to hit the big one and just ride six months out of the year.  I'm sure we could find somthing to do the other six months. ;D

You and Anne have taken the ride that everybody wishes they could take. :2vrolijk_21:

Those rolling hills in eastern Washington will be amber waves of grain literally in about 8-10 weeks. I rode thru that part of the state in late July/early august 2005 and it was incredible and reminded me of the verse in the National Anthem about amber waves of grain.

When you get home read the article in HOG about a couple who did just that. Read it fast to get to the ending, and other than that I aint saying what happens.  ;)   Doc

Today we rode from Fife WA to Port Angeles WA. We stopped at our friends Brian and Lynn in Port Orchard. Unfortunately Brian is at sea so we hung out with Lynn at their beautiful home. They have 15 acres and are both avid gardeners. Their hose looks like Sunset Magazine
