Chopped Tour Pak backrest pad template

Would any have the template or mounting instructions to install a the chopped tour pak backrest pad? I purchased a chopped tour pak and the backrest on ebay- it was never mounted- and need a template to drill the holes.

Under the theory of "measure twice, drill once,"  See if you can find the part numbers of both the pad and pak.  That would help to insure you have the correct instructions.  I may still have mine.  Otherwise, you could make a template from the pad that you have.  At least then you'd know it was the right one...
