Welcome to the site my friend! I recently experienced the same as you, I have the same bike and color. Had the wife take a side bag to a very experienced PPG dealer who is also a HD friendly tech, he could not scan the Starlight Black in order to get a code. This drove him nuts, and he was very persistant because he wanted to help out a fellow rider. I was working so I had the wife fire up this site and she searched out the HD paint code and found it! His PPG archives could not cross reference to the HD paint code! I"m thinking that HD protects the CVO paint codes so that they can sell us painted replacment parts. The paint tech ended up doing a "Mad Scientist" mix and got close enough for my purposes. He worked half the day on it in between other jobs, and would not take any money for his efforts.
