My 06 Haze

Here's a pic of my '06 "Autumn" Haze I took last Saturday in Portersville, PA while on a 185 mile round trip to see my oldest daughter at college.  Not high res... I took the pic with my cell phone, but I thought it was a nice shot with the "Autumn" leaves still on the trees in the background.  PA sure does have some beautiful countryside to ride in.

Even though I passed on the opportunity for a Haze and decided to wait on  a B/C, I think the Haze is really starting to grow on me. I still haven't seen a Haze or Black in person, only Green.

I liked the Haze...saw a couple on our trip through VA and PA in September.  I have not seen the CC/CS yet but that is the one I want.

I had my mind set on a Black Crimson too, even had a picture of one in a frame on my desk in my office, then I made the big mistake... I stopped at the dealer one afternoon... it kinda felt a little like when I go to the jeweler with my wife... you know... the bright lights shining down directly over the hottest item in the store that makes the diamonds just jump right out of the case at you...  and you know it's comin'... "Honey, I like that 10 carat one right there"... well, it was all over for me... I was immediately sold. The pictures on the Harley site and in the brochure just don't do the haze any justice at all.  I even had the sales guy pull the bike outside so I could check it out in the sunlight, just to be sure it didn't turn back into that ugly custard color... I don't know, I was scared it might be kinda like Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde.  Only problem when they pulled it outside, there was such a crowd around it I couldn't get close for literally about 5 minutes.  I'll be doing some mods over the winter, based on what I'm reading here, probably Freedom Pipes will be first.

I saw all 3 color combos at the civic center in Rapid City during the Sturgis Rally. I feel that at the end of the day Autum Haze is going to become the most popular color for 06. But thats just my taste. All three color schemes are impressive in person. Dealer just told me Jan.2nd ship date on my Haze.  [smiley=drink.gif] [smiley=banana.gif] ;D

You must have been in Tunica for the Vet. Day Thunder last weekend. I have heard several times this week how great my bike looked there. Some even mentioned how well the full tour pack looked. Since mine is the chopped stock and as I was in Florida, I assume it must have been you. Anyway, I got lots of compliments this week for your banana. [smiley=banana.gif]

Hello Rebel........can you please answer me to kike_hd@yahoo.com .....I would like to know the "HAZE AUTUNM" what color exactly is? Grey? Bone? Beige? .....I have ordered one of this color and I haven't seen this color but the other color....

Hey jegomez-
I'd have to say it's kinda like "Rumplemints Champagne"  [smiley=drink.gif] (I don't think Rumplemints is spelled right... maybe that's from drinkin' too much Captain)- The Haze is more of a Champagne color with red, silver and green sparkles.  I'll post some more pics, (hi resolution) as soon as I can get her out of the garage- it's pretty cold and rainy here now.  Gimme a couple of days.
Congrats on your new bike- I'm sure you can't wait to get it.
