You will got lot's of response's about the variety of fuel management systems available (from the V&H fuel Pak, Mastertune TTS, SERT, Power Commander PC V and the TMAT).  I had the TMAT on my 07 with the WB O2 sensors and was very satisfied.  I would but it again with no questions asked.

I am not aware that the TMAT has been adapted to the fly by wire throttle of the 08 and 09 touring models.  If so, I would call and see what they are offering.

I like the PC V with autotune and WB O2 sensors for a variety of reasons.  However, the TMAT is a very good system for a closed loop system with WB O2 sensors (as does the PC V).  THE WB sensors allows a very broad range of cruising AFR ratings.  The PC V (although I don't use this feature) has the ability to have two maps programmed into the system.  One for power and one for mileage.

We had good weather all the way thru Texas although I wish I would have stopped in Junction for gas because there was nothing until Sonora and we had 225 miles on the bikes when we stopped all wee a little tight assed when stopping haha

I am the only one with a 6 gallon my wifes road king 95 kit and my buddies Ultra a stock 96. my light came on at 200 miles. The both put 4.8 and I put in 5.6
They averaged 43 mpg on the trip and I was at 39 for the 6100 miles we rode
