One more option is the Jackpot mufflers from Fuel Moto.  Clones of the BUBS.

I have heard them and they are nice.

And are reasonable.

A friend of mine put the jackpot mufflers on his 09 road King and I just visited him with my 09 running Fulsac baffles. his impression was that the Fulsac sounded more "harley like" (whatever that is) and he will be selling his jackpot on ebay soon...

Again..Take a look at the Bub 7's Brouhard Edition I get a lot of coments on these and everyone loves the sound of them. These were designed by Carl Brouhard for Bub. A beautiful set of pipes!

Gut the cat out of the head pipe and then install Fullsac baffels in youre stock mufflers.  Sounds great, and three sounds to chose from, 1 3/4, 2 or 2 1/4 inch are the sizes, and the bigger they are the louder.  The 2 1/4 is just a little quiter than Rinehearts, but a little deeper.  I love the sound

Yes.  It is a must to get the cat out of the header pipe either with an 09 standard 96 or drilling it out.

Love the 2" Fullsac's. Get the cat out and do a dyno and you should be good to go. Go fast!

Yes Bub's are great.  But I still like the Rinehart's.  I actually rebuilt my baffles with sound deadening material.  Much quieter and better sounding.

Cost of $35.00 and two hours of work.

I went with Vance & Hines Power Duals for header (so I could keep my stock pipe with CAT in the attic) and
Fullsac 2.0 muffler core... Very happy with sound and performance. Heat & oil temp is way down

The windshield is the new Kuryakyn Airmaster model #1364. Just put it on this past week.
Love it so far.
The pipes with the Fullsac 2.0 baffle and V&H power duals seem to be perfect if you want something that has the throaty sound, but not to loud. They definitely are not to loud & I am giving some thought to getting the 2.25 baffle
so that I can change back and forth
