 Are we done yet ?

I think anyone who's had to deal with the problem has had his moment on the  :soapbox:

Just my $0.02

BB... ya got a point there. I'm thankful that I had a place to vent and the support of good people while I was dealing with this issue. I won't forget but I will move on ... and get back in the breeze. Life is too short and there's a lot more road ahead to be enjoyed. To those who may yet still be fighting this issue, you have my ear and my support. Post away!  ;)

It is good to see folks getting their paint problems fixed...........some to their complete satisfaction.  Not sure what to say or do about the issues that haven't been properly addressed to the owners' complete satisfaction.  Making compromises on something you just worked your a$$ off to be able to afford is a huge let down.  Although I'm happy with my paint...........I think it could have been better, but I'm still happy just to have it this good.  That said................

Today is an AWESOMELY BEAUTIFUL day here in North Alabama.  This morning I knocked out some preventive maintenance, washed the scooter, Glared her up, and took a few pictures.  I'd like to show her off with her new paint, since the other pictures I posted were taken in my garage..........and didn't really do her justice.  She's a pretty machine.

Last one.  Like I said, I think it could have been better.............but that is just me being picky.  All things considered, the paint is beautiful.  I'll keep her just like she is.

Lookin' good!  :2vrolijk_21: Great shine.
The melon isn't my cup of tea but I CAN see where it could grow on you. Enjoy your ride!

Thanks SEULTRA.  The melon is one othose bikes that either knocks your boots off, or you just don't like it.  I'm in the former category.  The first time I saw one, I made the decision that I had to have one..........and I that is just the way it is.  In my mind, there simply is no finer looking motorcycle anywhere.

Bagger...

What a beauty! :2vrolijk_21: All the colors are awesome but I do believe the melon is the most eye catching. After having gone through many parts, all I'm waiting on now is the gas tank. How did your tank turn out? Can you get a good photo of it?

The last tank that came in -  a bunch of the dealer employees were outside in the sunshine looking at it so they could understand what the problem was. It was kind of funny, they were saying things like - "Hmmm, these tanks look kind of brown." What I've been saying for the past year.  :duhk:
