Ok, that was unpleasant; but satisfying.

Being here inTennessee, we will cook anything that happens to cross the highway. Problem is the damn parrot will not walk across the driveway when he hears my bike start.

It's a "Turducken". Consists of - Boneless Turkey Stuffed with Boneless Duck, Boneless Chicken, Cornbread Dressing And Pork Sausage Stuffing. It's supposed to be very tasty. I'm thinking about getting one for Christmas, if I do I'll post review here.  ;D

On the subject of Thanksgiving, anybody here have a "Turducken"? I was watching this thing on food network (before anybody wonders it was one of those times when better half got the remote before me  :-[) and they were talking about this combination of filleted Turkey, Duck, and Chicken. Now for those non-believers check this website out http://www.hebertsmeats.com/ I'm seriously considering trying one for Christmas. If anybody has had one and can give me some feedback it would be appreciated.

Fired00d,

It just so happens that I have tried a lot of their creations and find them all very good.  I love the quail and chicken and etouffees.  I have never ordered from the site since I live approximately 4 miles from the store.  I guess if they package it correctly, it would be just as good.  Every time we go in their shopping, we come out with more than we intended.  It all looks and sounds soooo good, and is good.

I'll try anything once.  But I'm really interested in what sort of propulsion was necessary to get first the duck, then the chicken run up inside the turkey AND knock all it's bones out.  And, for that process:

Hey, that would be true Spyder !  Could be all about efficiency.  But, for some reason, after reading here what they were I can't help but coming up with entirely gross ways the "combining" process would be completed.....  A lot of it is even Coyote-and-Road-Runner type stuff.  I must be a weird guy  [smiley=nixweiss.gif]
