Like I said, we put it on our friends bike and he does not care if the motor blows up. He will just build a purpose built motor. The first ride after the install of the blower he reved it up and dumped the clutch and the belt ripped off, he didn't even know what happend yet and looked over at us and said "tranny just broke, time for the 6 speed". Just the type of guy he is. With that said, we were told of people spinning these motors  up that high so we did it. I just wish it maid more power down low as supposedly these motors are not meant to rev that high.

Must be nice with this on the 110", the sound of that procharger must really muffle out all that noise that we are all complaining about from our 110"'s!! ;D

Intercooled ProCharger for EFI Harley Davidsons
by Paul Crowe - "The Kneeslider" on 11/6/2006

"ProCharger has been going to all of the shows, including SEMA last week, letting everyone know about their intercooled ProCharger for Harley Davidson twin cam EFI V-Twins. If you’re riding a Harley and would like to bolt on some serious horsepower, these ProChargers can boost power from 50% to 65%, which the company says means 180-plus hp out of the new 95-cid engines! Install time is about 4 to 6 hours and the blower doesn’t affect drivability or rider position, all you notice is the kick in the butt when you twist the throttle. Price is $5135.

ProCharger makes superchargers for automotive, truck, marine and motorcycle applications and this unit looks very well finished. It’s designed to run on pump gas, with either stock or modified V-Twins and a 3 year warranty is available."

My friend installed a Pro Charger and PC USB on his '06 Night Train and made 110/110 with an otherwise stock 88. Sounds like an absolute beast!  I'm throwing the BS flag on the 180+ HP claim on new 95 CID motors.  While 50-60% improvements are optimal, 180HP is more like a 250% increase over a stock 95 CID.  Not saying you can't get there, but it will take alot more than just a ProCharger to get that kind of performance.

I'm with you on the BS flag!

Besides, when did Harley start selling NEW motors in 95" configuration?

Now at Tmanperformance  www.tmanperformance.com  I, along with Howie (GH) and Jeff (Black Diamond) saw and heard run a 98" T/C motor built by Tman that produced 190 HP. But there was absolutely NOTHING stock about that motor and the procharger per Tman was running 15 lbs. of boost.

Agreed you dont just get those kind of numbers by accident. Those numbers are possible with mucho boost and all the right parts.Plus at that level your pushing a lot of fuel through the motor.
