Now for the good stuff.  Here's the HTCC ported heads (the valves were much bigger than the se103 heads that came with the bike).

Check out the porting, not polished though.  Anyone have any thoughts on the virtues of polished Vs. not polished port jobs...

Intake side should be left rough to break up the gas. Exhaust side should be polished for smooth flow. I have played with A flow bench A lot.

Yeah, 'er 'uh, OTIS,
Intake side should be bead-blasted for the best performance, would you agree?  Gaurantee the Heads on OTIS (THE BIKE) have been bead-blasted.  Ut-oh!  Naw, that can't be!  You said that Engine was a STOCK 95"!  [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif] My A$$!  Later--HUBBARD

Did you have the new heads put on a flowbench? If so what was the cfm?
Just curious because mine are at 161, and I have the same heads.

Well, now that I have enough spare parts, i'll be able to start an upgrade on my wifes fx.  Seriously another fifteen hundred  [smiley=juggle.gif] and I could have replace this whole engine with a 120.
