Folks,
I just added a photo of my V Rod to the original post. The bike has the fairing and headlight from a Night Rod added and color matched.
I also added a Nigh Rod windshield, (I take this bike from Miami across the Evergaldes to Marco Island often)
The pipes have been modified by Breathless Performance and a Harley tuner added and head work done. It dyno's at 137HP at the crank.
Fast enough for this old goat!

I will add photos of my FXDWG2 shortly.

Was wondering,

1) I didn't think Harley built a Screamin Eagle Vrod in 07? Am I wrong?
2) Who is equipped to measure horsepower at the crank?
My understanding is that most dyno's measure horsepower at the rear wheel.

Yes, the Drag Bike Tribute V Rod, (orange with silver flames) is indeed a CVO and a model 2007.

Breathless performance in Ft. Lauderdale gave me the HP at the crank. HP at the rear wheel was approx. 134HP

There seems to be some controversy about the pedigree of this bike. It was not strictly built by CVO, yet it is factory built with all SE parts. To me the argument is academic. The Harley website refers to the bike using the "Screaming Eagle" tag, which is good enough for me.
This in fact seems to make the bike rarer than a standard CVO.

Welcome aboard from Minnesota! Glad you've joined the fun.

I am a fellow Switchblade owner, also a 01 WG2. Great bikes. Love to see some photos of your scoot.

Interesting thread on the Vrod. Love to hear others input as well. No shortage of opinions here.
