Were's the best deal for an extended warranty?  My two years will be up 12-31-09.

I called Chicago Harley, 3 yrs.$1049
                                5 yrs. $1369
It didn't sound bad, but every $ counts these days.

My understanding is the factory extended warranty is priced the same at all dealers.  But do get it before the 2 years expires.  I bought a 2007 in June that passed its 2 years in April and the price had gone up about $400 vs, on-time if I remember correctly.  Not that I could do anything about it...

The Extended Service Plan isn't priced the same at all dealers.  The price the dealer pays H-D is the same, but just like anything else a dealer sells they have the right to set their own retail price.  There are 20% discount dealers who also give the discount on the ESP just like they do the parts.  Chicago H-D is one of them, another is the one Hoist mentioned.  Dig up the contact info for Jenni and give her a call; if she is the same as Chicago see if she can do better.

All the ESPs, like the motorcycles have an MSRP, but each dealer can charge whatever they want for it.  You can, if they will, bargain with your dealer.  When I bought my SESG, I gave my dealer the option, give me the ESP w/tire & wheel warranty for 20% off, or I would go with a dealer that I know would give it to me.  Then I told them, I'd rather buy it from them, but for 20% off, I would go elsewhere.  I told them, in my mind, making something by selling it to me for 20% off, is better than losing the whole sale...they gave me the ESP for 20% off.    Win-Win...
