Glad you got it squared away.   Can you tell us now if your first computer works to connect to the RaceTuner?   If so, some people were wondering where you found your drivers for the USB/Com Port.

Yes, the first laptop I had loaded the software into worked when I turned the kill switch on.  I had gotten a USB-to-serial adapter from the IT department where I work, and when I plugged it into the USB slot, it worked fine with the Race Tuner (once I flipped the kill switch).  As far as the Dynex USB-serial adapter I bought (referenced above), I returned it.  Turned out there was a disk in it with the driver on it, which I found when I went back to the package, but I never loaded it because this generic one I got from the office worked just fine.  

But the answer to your question as to the driver is that it's with the Dynex package i had bought--just need to be looking for it.
