I have been yes and no on getting a HID headlight. I got the headlight modulator, for these wackos in the city that after they hit they then say they didnt see you. Which is better? I have a HID on my 06 ultra, it's just the 500.00 bucks?

Talk with Jim (hd-dude) and he can set you up with a bi-xenon headlight for less than $500..

I am 100% for the headlight modulator!  People really wake up when they see it.... kissan technologies... Call them for the specific app and its $100.00..... Put in some higher output superwhite bulbs and you have the best of both worlds!

Okay I'm feelin you on that, I see the effect it has. What would be the maximum output buld you can install with out melting the harness?

Honestly I dont remember which H11 and H8 that I bought..  Check http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/search/search.jsp?searchString=h8&store=&resultType=subCategories Then call Bluhm and talk to the owner... Super nice guy!!!  They are the only ones I could find making both a H8 and H11 for the dual headlight....

I started with www.customdynamics.com for the kissan modulator,  but called kissan direct to make sure of fitment...

With the superwhite bulbs and modulator they def see me coming..... I also have the 55w motolights  just to make sure!

Oh yea,

I did go nuts with LED Turns and brake... If you do go with motolights,  they have a blem sale that is well worth it.... I look like a freight train during the day..
