Yes that is the HD rack.
There is now 3 choices for the Kuryakyn led tailight-
1-5409 low pro design without licence plate lens (new release, that is what I would order)
2-4959 low pro with license plate window (the one I have-light shines up)
3-Deluxe chrome bars and license plate lens.
If you go to their site and type in the number you can see the different style.
Good luck.
BTW I priced the conversion parts and figured WTH. I spent the $1200 on other things and anyway I don't see the light when I ride and more lights at the back are better than less -yeah sure.

Hey Gordy

I think I'm going to go with the 5409. Did you order from Kuryakyn or your dealer? and what was the price?  Thanks

Well I decided on the Kuryakyn 5409. Not exactly what I wanted but it is a big improvement over the stock "pimple" light. The local dealers wanted $180 - $240 Canadian. I ordered it on line from Kuryakyn for $136 +shipping+exchange. Should still be less money, but even if it isn't who doesn't like getting stuff in the mail?

Genesis 2 Led Tail Light Laydown much better than Kuryakyn and red is good looking for orange bike.
