For future reference (Windows XP users) if you wish simply to post a pic, if mine are too big I right click on the pic I wish to post, then put the cursor over "Send To" and click email. It will ask you if you wish to make your image smaller to mail, click yes and it opens the outlook mail as an attachment.

then simply right click the attachment and "Save As" if you wish to keep the higher resolution pic and the smaller one.
